Happy Wednesday, and a very big Happy Holiday season to all!
With the pressure of family, friends, society, and the Holiday season upon us, we are strongly urged to continue to dive deep into our sanctuaries by putting our grounding practices into full force. Have the courage to say, "no." Set boundaries, and stick to them. We are deserving of feeling peace, even amongst the chaos around us. If we find ourselves uncomfortable, feeling alone, or in a position of disempowerment, we are encouraged to stand up for ourselves by speaking our truth. Another empowering option is to just LEAVE. Start your own traditions if the ones you've grown around no longer suite you. No matter what they may be. There are not set rules for this life, only the rules and limitations we set upon ourselves.

Message: The gloriously fragrant Cedar is an evergreen tree, so no matter the season, it reminds us of life. Its strong pest-repelling wood has been used for carving statues of Gods and making doors to temples. The wood, resins, and needles of the Cedar have long been burned for cleansing, celebration, purification, and funerary rites. The Cedar's spiritual and medicinal properties, are said to help us gain courage, build our confidence, and aid in grounding.
